Describe Papua

History

          Papua is a province of Indonesia are the largest located in the center of the island's most eastern part of Papua or West New Guinea (Irian Jaya). Eastern hemisphere is a country of Papua New Guinea or East New Guinea.

          The name was changed to Papua province in accordance with UU No. 21 of 2001 about Otonomi Khusus Papua. In 2003. Papua was divided into two provinces by the government of Indonesia; the eastern kept the name while the western part of Papua into West Irian Jaya Province. The eastern part of which is the area of Papua Province at this time.

          Papua word itself comes from the Malay language which means curly hair, a description which refers to the physical appearance of the original tribes.


Geographical Location 
Geographically, the City is located at the Geographic North Papua Province, which borders directly with:
- West of the District adjacent to Depapre Sentani and Jayapura.
- Eastern side borders with Papua New Guinea.
- Northside bordering the Pacific Ocean.
- Southern District bordering Arso Keerom District.

Topography 
Most of the territory of Papua is dominated by plains and hills / mountains with an altitude of 700 meters above sea level.


Climate

Population

A new corridors busway.

          On Friday afternoon, December 31st, 2010. After I came home from college. I want to try to get around Jakarta by bus Transjakarta. Incidentally, after I read in the newspaper, there were two new busway corridors will be operating today, the corridor 9 and 10. Yes, of course, I am very happy to try two new corridors.

          And then, I was waiting for the bus at Cililitan shelter. First, I want to try the bus corridor 10 (Cililitan till Tj. Priok). After I waited 10 minutes, suddenly there came a red bus Transjakarta track to Tj. Priok. Without thinking, I entered the bus. A bus interior looks very clean and new.

          A long the road is very pleasant and comfortable. I have passed the places where the following to the shopping center that is passed among them: Pusat Grosir Cililitan (PGC), ITC Cempaka Mas, Mall Artha Gading, Pasar Ular, and Pasar Koja Permai. The hospital and campus will also be passed by the UKI Hospital, Pertamina Hospital, Universitas Kristen Indonesia (UKI), STMT Tri Sakti, and the University of Jaya Baya. Means of transport that is traversed, station and terminal Tanjung Priok. The bus also passed Samsat East Jakarta and North Jakarta and North Jakarta Mayor's office.

          That is my journey for the corridor 10. For the corridor 9 (Pluit till Pinang Ranti). I will try it later.

Describing Jakarta Area.

          Jakarta is the capital city of the Republic of Indonesia, a country composed of more than 13,000 islands with a population of over 180 million. Comprising more than 300 ethnic groups speaking 200 different languages, the Indonesia population exhibits marked diversity in its linguistic, culture, and religious traditions. As the Capital City.

          Jakarta is a melting pot of representatives from each of these ethnic groups. Jakarta is a special territory enjoying the status of a province, consisting of Greater Jakarta, covering of 637.44 square km area. Located on the northern coast of West Java, it is the center of government, commerce and industry and has an extensive communications network with the rest of the country and the outside world. Strategically positioned in the archipelago, the city is also the principal gateway to the rest of Indonesia. From the Capital City, sophisticated land, air, and sea transport is available to the rest of the country and beyond.

Assignment about Coordinating Conjunctions

A coordinating conjunction, also called a coordinator, links parts of a sentence with the same status. This could be two independent main clauses, two noun phrases, adjectives, adverbials etc of equal importance.

They include:
for, and, nor, but, or, yet, so.
There's a memory for remembering them: FANBOYS.

Traffic jam

Jams, jams and jams. Every day was jammed. Everywhere Jams.
Did you know that the effect of jams ?

- Traffic jam has wasted too much time our activities.

- Traffic jam has hurt how much the transaction will we earn.
- Traffic jam has added to costs, specifically gasoline costs.
- Traffic jam has added to pollution.
- Traffic jam has made us increasingly unhealthy (tired street, street pollution, smoke, solar radiation etc.)
- Traffic jam could reduce the spirit to fight.
- Traffic jam for us so late.
- Traffic jam for us to be lazy.
- Traffic jam for us to be bored.
- Traffic jam making Earth's resources dwindling.
- Traffic jam can change one's character becomes more short-tempered.
- Traffic jam caused many accidents anyway.

Watch a movie in Semanggi 21.

          On Thursday yesterday, I and someone has been watching a movie with title Rapunzel in Semanggi 21. Besides a good movie. I can improve listening in English. So, I really liked the film. Therefore, I want to tell again about the film.
